By accessing or using TrustKernels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
TrustKernels provides an AI agent governance platform that enables organizations to define, enforce, and audit policies governing autonomous AI agent actions. Our platform includes the UTMF (Universal Trust Management Framework) kernel engine for policy enforcement and execution tracing.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Configuring appropriate policies for your AI agents
- Reviewing audit logs and addressing policy violations
4. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. Critical security updates may be applied immediately.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to TrustKernels, including agent configurations, policies, and audit logs. We claim no ownership rights over your content.
6. Limitation of Liability
TrustKernels provides tools for AI governance but does not guarantee that all AI agent actions will be correctly governed. You are ultimately responsible for the actions of your AI agents. We are not liable for damages arising from AI agent behavior, policy misconfiguration, or service interruptions.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
